- Prepare and execute payment runs (checks and ACH) while meeting deadlines.

- Maintain accurate accounts payable records in [e.g., “QuickBooks” or “SAP”].
- Assist with month-end closings and financial reporting.
- Communicate with vendors to address inquiries and ensure timely payments.
- Create purchase orders and processing orders.

Qualifications:
- 2 years of accounts payable or related accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
