The Analyst, Patient Services role is a client-facing position within the Patient Services practice, which focuses on designing patient-centered programs and building the infrastructure required to support optimal delivery. Analysts work closely with consultants and project leaders across Patient Services, Marketing, and Market Access teams to support strategic design, research, and execution of patient support programs.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Support the strategic development of patient service programs and patient experience design components
- Conduct data analysis, competitive benchmarking, and review of primary and secondary market research to generate insights
- Assist in the development of patient journeys across disease states by synthesizing qualitative and quantitative inputs (e.g., interviews, literature, claims data, internal materials)
- Contribute to the creation of client deliverables such as:
- Therapeutic area and competitive landscapes
- Business cases and launch support materials
- Strategy decks, tactical plans, and educational resources
- Meeting agendas, notes, and status reports
- Support project management activities including:
- Timeline tracking and milestone updates
- Coordination of cross-functional client meetings
- Vendor and agency tracking
- Documentation of risks, dependencies, and key assumptions
- Assist with defining program metrics and KPIs and support documentation of patient service business requirements in collaboration with IT and implementation teams
- Apply non-personal marketing tactics (with an emphasis on digital channels) to support patient services awareness and education initiatives
- Maintain high standards for accuracy, clarity, and quality of work products
- Stay current on patient services trends in the pharmaceutical industry and relevant customer service best practices across industries
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, templates, and thought leadership efforts within the Patient Services practice
Education, Experience, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in neuroscience, psychology, business, biology, public health, or a related field
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in:
- Pharmaceutical consulting, patient services, healthcare marketing, market access, or life sciences analytics
- Internship or prior work exposure to pharmaceutical or healthcare environments strongly preferred
- Exposure to patient support programs, hub services, market research, or healthcare data analysis
- Familiarity with behavioral science concepts or patient-centered design principles
- Experience or interest in digital health, CRM platforms, or patient service technologies (e.g., Salesforce Health Cloud)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
