Role Summary:
Lead overall program governance, planning, and execution for procurement transformation, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish program governance, PMO structure, and reporting
- Manage end-to-end program delivery roadmap
- Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Drive cross-functional coordination across workstreams
- Provide executive reporting and decision support
Requirements:
- 10–15 years in program management / PMO leadership
- Experience in large transformation programs (banking preferred)
- Strong governance, risk management, and reporting skills
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stream initiative
