Dryer Operator - Nights

We are currently seeking a Dryer Operator to join the Norfolk, NE team. The shift for this position is Nights, 6 pm-6am, with every other weekend off.

Pay: $24.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• The Dryer Operator is responsible for running the Dryer Department in an efficient and productive manner.
• Ensure all incoming products are measured to meet finished product specifications and quantities.
• Collaborate with Bagging Department to ensure sampling of products, correcting any issues, and providing support.
• Maintain dryer settings to ensure all products are within specifications.
  
  

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (dairy/wet processing preferred).
• Candidate must be able to climb and descend flights of stairs up to 6 stories.
• Previous machine operator experience, possess a strong mechanical aptitude, and be a licensed forklift operator or willingness to learn.
