The Smyrna office functions as the primary operational hub for the United States and Canada. It supports customers through:

Position Overview
The Accounting Manager oversees the company’s daily financial operations, month‑end close, compliance, and ERP optimization, serving as the key leader ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all accounting activities. This role is highly hands‑on and is best suited for a candidate with manufacturing accounting experience and a proven track record managing ERP systems (Sage100, Acumatica, or similar).
The position manages a small AR/AP team while also acting as the primary liaison with external auditors, tax advisors, and headquarters. A major responsibility is leading the final stages of a new ERP implementation, including data migration, testing, and post‑launch process improvements. The Accounting Manager plays a central role in strengthening internal controls, improving reporting accuracy, and supporting strategic financial planning.
Key objectives of the role include:
- Lead Full-Cycle Accounting Operations
- Supervise and Develop AR/AP Team
- Drive ERP Implementation (Sage100 → Acumatica)
- Manage Audit, Tax, and HQ Compliance
- Lead Budgeting and Financial Analysis
The position reports directly to senior leadership and works closely with the executive team to execute the company’s commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1 Full-Cycle Accounting Operations
-Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
-Maintain GAAP-compliant financial statements
-Manage general ledger accuracy and account reconciliations
-Oversee fixed assets and depreciation schedules
-Review inventory counts and ensure ERP alignment
2. AR/AP Supervision & Team Leadership
-Direct daily AR/AP operations
-Resolve discrepancies and optimize cash flow
-Mentor and evaluate a small accounting team (2 direct reports)
3. ERP Implementation & Optimization
-Lead final implementation phases of Acumatica
-Manage data migration, UAT testing, and troubleshooting
-Improve workflows and reporting post-launch
4. Audit, Tax, and HQ Compliance
-Serve as primary liaison for external auditors
-Coordinate with tax firms for sales/income tax filings
-Strengthen internal controls and corporate governance
-Prepare and submit HQ financial reports
5. Budgeting & Financial Analysis
-Lead annual budgeting process
-Conduct monthly variance analysis
-Recommend financial and operational improvements
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 10 years of full-cycle accounting experience
- 3–5 years of managerial experience
- Strong manufacturing accounting background
- Experience with accounting software, MS Office, Google Workspace
- Ability to work in a global, publicly traded company environment
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Management Level

- Master’s degree in accounting or business

- Experience with Acumatica or major ERP transitions
