Job Title: Project Coordinator (Exempt)
Location: Hauppauge, NY (Hybrid after 90-day training, minimum 3 days in office)
Schedule: Mon – Fri 8a-4 or 9-5p (1 hour lunch)

Acture Solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Professional Services team. What You’ll Do

· Manage, coordinate, and execute IT infrastructure projects from initiation through completion

· Coordinate internal technical teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery

· Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders

· Develop project plans, timelines, and track milestones using project management tools

· Maintain project documentation including notes, plans, and status updates

· Monitor project performance and escalate risks or issues as needed

· Assist with project invoicing and budget tracking

· Support requirement gathering and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.

What You Bring

· Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management

· Exposure to IT ticketing systems (Autotask, ServiceNow, ConnectWise, etc.)

· Understanding of IT infrastructure including networking and cloud environments

· Experience working with clients and managing stakeholder relationships

· Effective communication and organizational skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
