CNC Set-Up Machinist II | Ensinger Precision Components Charlotte, NC | Full-Time | $25-$28/hr excellent benefits

Ensinger Precision Components is a 31-person precision machining facility in Huntersville, NC backed by a 2,200-person global manufacturer with over 50 years in the industry. We run 22 CNC machines in a clean, air-conditioned shop. We're in growth mode, adding equipment, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

This is not a body-warm-a-seat role. We want a machinist who thinks, not just operates, and wants to learn as much as possible to grow their career.

What you'll actually do:

Set up and run CNC mills and lathes. Over time you will learn how to set up all machines, select tooling, enter edits, prove out parts. Keep quality tight using micrometers, calipers, and your own attention to detail. Troubleshoot when things aren't right. Keep equipment running. Own your work.

What we're looking for:

3-5 years of CNC experience, with some set up experience. You've worked in a small shop and had to figure things out yourself because there wasn't always someone to ask. Blueprint reading is solid. You're comfortable with mills. Lathe experience is a plus. You show up, pay attention, and take pride in the part.
