What are the responsibilities and job description for the Septic Service Technician position at Acton Septic, Inc.?
We are willing to train
Non smoking environment
Must have clean driving record
Must be able to pass background check for state certification
There will be random drug testing
Must be able to lift 60 pounds on occasion
1 time travel for state required training from TCEQ
Outdoor environment, working in the elements
Need ability to work independently and as a team
We provide work truck and tools
We offer 7 paid holidays and 3 sick days and 1 week's vacation after 1 year
First Raise after obtaining certificate from TCEQ
Main function is inspection and repairs of aerobic septic systems, cleaning and maintaining work truck
$16.50-$18.50/hr depending on experience
Can not have a been arrested or convicted for the following: Fraud, extortion, theft by check, sexually violent offenses that have registration requirements, theft or burglary of a property; environmental law violations. (TCEQ will not allow certification of said offenders)
