What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Technician position at WasteNot Septic?

The position is for an electrical technician to service aerobic septic systems. Day-to-day activities would include driving to residential locations to troubleshoot and repair electrical problems with pumps and other electrical items that are part of the septic system. Customer interaction will be part of the daily job and a smart phone with data access will be needed.
Electrical knowledge is required. No prior work experience in the septic industry is required, but previous trade skills are a bonus (plumbing, etc.) and a background in customer service. CDL driver's license is also a plus.
Pay starts at $25.00 per hour and increases with work experience/certifications and a yearly performance bonus depending on work quality. Position is full-time with some overtime available. Employees are expected to show up Monday-Friday but flexible schedule for family emergencies. Clean driving record is required and applicant must be willing to undergo a background check/drug test.
