Acton Ford is seeking a Senior Ford Technician to join our team. This position is intended for a highly experienced Ford technician capable of diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical issues across Ford’s full product lineup.

Requirements
- Minimum 10 years Ford dealership experience
- Current Ford Motor Company certifications desired, including:
- 31 – Gas Engine Performance
- 32 – Gas Engine Repair
- 33 – Steering & Suspension
- 34 – Electrical Systems
- 35 – Climate Control
- 36 – Manual Transmission & Driveline
- 37 – Automatic Transmission
- 38 – Brakes
- 39 – Electronic Systems
- 43 – High Voltage Systems
- 44 – High Voltage Battery Repair
- Valid Driver's License with Satisfactory Driving Record
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues across Ford cars, trucks, hybrid, and EV platforms
- Perform repairs efficiently and accurately according to Ford standards
- Support shop productivity through accurate diagnostics and repair documentation
- Work collaboratively with service advisors and other technicians
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
