ActivStars Athletics is seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Administrative / Accounting Assistant to join our team! ActivStars Athletics provides youth enrichment and martial arts programs serving families throughout a six-state region. Every day, our team works together to inspire confidence, character, and success in thousands of young students.

Position Details

• Part-Time
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Occasional weekends for special events
• Starting at $17.00 per hour
• Personal Office
  
• Location: North Scottsdale, Arizona
• Professional, small office environment

Primary Responsibilities

• Process weekly class reports from instructors
• Issue class refunds and account credits
• Assist with payroll review and approval
• Answer customer phone calls and provide outstanding customer service
• Assist families with registration and account questions
• Perform general administrative and office support duties
• Maintain accurate records and data entry
• Support office staff with special projects and events as needed

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Comfortable using computers and common office software
• Detail-oriented with basic accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
• Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude
• Dependable and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications

• Administrative experience
• Customer service experience
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
