Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP PM/EAM Consultant with deep expertise in designing, configuring, and supporting complex SAP Plant Maintenance solutions. The consultant will work on SAP ECC 6.0 (EHP7 or higher) to develop, test, and optimize PM/EAM functionalities, integrations, and master data components. This role includes working closely with business stakeholders, ABAP teams, and QA to deliver high-quality, end-to-end solutions in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
Design and configure SAP PM/EAM solutions including Functional Locations, Equipment, Work Centers, Task Lists, and Measurement Points
Perform detailed functional and technical analysis, end-to-end and regression testing
Support integrations with external systems and resolve issues using tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA
Lead business requirement sessions and translate requirements into detailed functional specifications
Collaborate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements and debugging
Create process flow diagrams and support complex project needs
Mandatory Requirements
5 years hands-on experience in SAP PM/EAM design & configuration
SAP ECC 6.0 with EHP7 or higher experience
Strong knowledge of PM/EAM master data and business processes
Extensive testing experience (functional, technical, E2E, regression)
Experience with ServiceNow or JIRA
Experience leading requirement-gathering and blueprint sessions
Ability to work independently and debug custom code
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in electric utility industry
SAP S/4HANA experience
Knowledge of Preventive/Corrective Maintenance, Asset Management, Planning & Scheduling
Experience integrating SAP PM/EAM with GIS, OMS, FSM, and other systems
Familiarity with SAP BI/BW, reporting tools, and enterprise analytics
Experience with RFP processes and designing asset management/analytic solutions
Strong communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills
