IT Project Manager – Security

Overview:   
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role serves as a central point of coordination across multiple delivery teams, will manage stakeholders and processes to achieve project objectives, and deliver measurable results.   
  
Key Responsibilities:   

• Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project schedules and timelines. 

• Execution and Delivery: Engage with key stakeholders in the delivery teams to ensure prioritization of program tasks. Oversee all aspects of project execution, including task prioritization, status reporting, and risk mitigation. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with goals.   

• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns. Facilitate effective collaboration across teams and departments.   

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to minimize disruptions.   

• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project team members, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and expectations. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.   

• Performance Tracking: Monitor project progress using appropriate tools and methodologies. Track key performance indicators and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.   

• Process Improvement: Evaluate project outcomes and processes to identify lessons learned and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:   

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.   
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.   

• Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
• Problem solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
