π Job Description
We are hiring a customer-focused IT Helpdesk Technician to provide Level 1/2 technical support. This role will handle account access issues, authentication support, and Windows troubleshooting while ensuring a high level of user satisfaction.
π§ Key Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact (phone, email, chat, tickets)
- Perform password resets & account unlocks in Active Directory
- Support MFA setup & troubleshooting (Okta, Microsoft Authenticator)
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and group memberships
- Troubleshoot Windows 11 issues (login, profiles, connectivity)
- Escalate complex issues to L3 support
- Document all incidents in ticketing system
- Communicate effectively with non-technical users
- Follow security protocols for identity verification
β Required Skills
- 1β3 years Helpdesk/Desktop Support experience
- Strong experience with Active Directory
- Windows 11 troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Okta & MFA tools
- Knowledge of Microsoft Authenticator / 2FA
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
