General Requirements (All Positions):
- Must be 18 years or older (some exceptions may apply)
- Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs during shifts
- Flexible schedule availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding guest service by explaining menu and taking orders
- Accurately enter orders into POS and coordinate with runners and kitchen
- Manage guest needs during the entire dining experience
- Ensure proper table maintenance, including pre-bussing and cleanliness
- Handle payments, tips, and closing checks with care
Qualifications:
- 1 year of restaurant service experience preferred
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and sales skills
- Ability to remain calm and organized in high-volume settings
- BBQ or Hot Pot experience is a PLUS
- Must have or be willing to obtain food handler certification if required by local law
