Role snapshot- Examine electronic assemblies, components, and materials for visible defects
- Sort and separate conforming vs. nonconforming products by procedure
- Flag and report issues to Quality Assurance promptly
- Support containment and rework as directed
- Accurately record inspection and sorting results
- Maintain a clean, organized station
- Base pay: $16.00/hr
- 2nd shift premium: $1.00/hr — total $17.00/hr
- 3rd shift premium: $1.50/hr — total $17.50/hr
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Reliability: on time, consistent, quality-focused
- Comfort following written and verbal instructions
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- High school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing experience
- Background in quality inspection or product sorting
- Experience with electronics or circuit board assembly
- Basic computer proficiency
