What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Legal Assistant position at Active Staffing Services?
We seeks a Litigation Legal Assistant to support our dynamic Litigation team. The successful candidate should have a minimum of five years of law firm experience supporting multiple Litigation Attorneys, experience in civil litigation support and will have a track record of meeting deadlines with a great eye for detail and accuracy.
This position will provide support to multiple attorneys in the Litigation Department by performing duties such as:
- Opening/closing files
- Copying, scanning & filing (paper & electronic)
- Maintaining attorneys’ calendars
- Contacting clients
- Transcription
- Document production
- Proofreading
- Mailing
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Five Years of experience in a Law Firm supporting multiple Litigation Attorneys
- Experience with filing process/requirements and the NH Court system
- Managing calendars
- Ability to prioritize work
- Adaptability to changing priorities and needs
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Experience with Netdocs and Surepoint a plus
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
