Step Into a Day on Our Cold Chain Team At 7:00 AM, you’re geared up and ready. You run a quick safety and equipment check, then get to work navigating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts through a high-energy freezer environment. Some days you’ll spend nearly your entire shift in the deep freeze—up to 90%—moving product with care and precision to keep everything flowing. What Your Day Looks Like Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to pick, move, and stage goods.Load and unload trucks, stack pallets, and organize inventory with accuracy.Complete daily equipment inspections and follow all safety protocols.Work in freezer conditions (time in the freezer varies by day; expect most days to be in the cold).Keep your area clean, orderly, and efficient. Schedule Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PMBe prepared to work until 6:00 PM when needed (sometimes without prior notice). What You Bring At least 2 years of experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.Previous freezer experience is required.Ability to work in a freezer for 90% of the day.Submit a resume for consideration and provide at least one professional reference.Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork mindset.
