Medical Front Desk Receptionist (Part-Time)

Active Sport & Spine Therapy is a growing multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic providing Physical Therapy, Chiropractic Care, and Acupuncture. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and motivated Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and grow with our practice.
This is a great opportunity for someone with medical office experience who wants to build a long-term career in healthcare.
Schedule
- Monday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Additional hours are expected as our clinic continues to grow.
Pay
Starting range at $16.00 to $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients and provide an outstanding first impression
- Schedule appointments and answer incoming phone calls
- Verify insurance benefits and patient eligibility
- Collect deductibles and patient balances
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain patient records
- Assist with patient check-in, registration, and intake paperwork
- Coordinate with providers to ensure smooth daily operations
- Deliver excellent customer service while creating a positive patient experience
What We’re Looking For
- Medical office experience required
- Knowledge of insurance verification and eligibility checks
- Experience collecting patient payments
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
