Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy programs
- Use evidence-based techniques to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and at-home care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
- Collaborate with physicians, other PTs, and support staff to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinic growth and improvement
Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current NJ Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)
- New grads welcome; mentorship provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for patient care and improving quality of life
