Position Summary:
The Clinical Manager supervises the provision of therapeutic services provided by the Active Health Services and contributes to the overall company success.
The Clinical Manager effectively manages the company's clinical operations, services, personnel performance, and office management on an ongoing basis.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of 3 years of home health care experience.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience within the last 36 months. • Medicare home health experience required.
- Current licensure in State, CPR certification.
- Must have a good understanding of the Federal, State and local laws/regulatory guidelines governing the operation of a Home Health.
- Have valid driver’s license with no restrictions and auto insurance meeting state’s insurance coverage minimums.
- Responsible for supervising home health aides. Supervisory experience not required but preferred.
- 3 years of Home Health experience preferred.
- Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills; nursing skills per competency checklist.
