Job Overview
We are a growing DJ and event production company looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to assist with event setup, breakdown, and occasional warehouse organization. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, doesn’t mind physical work, and wants to be part of live events like weddings, parties, and corporate functions.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading DJ equipment, lighting, and photo booth gear
- Set up and break down event equipment (speakers, lighting stands, facades, booths, etc.)
- Help DJs and lead technicians during events as needed
- Ensure equipment is handled safely and professionally
- Pack and organize gear after events
- Assist with basic warehouse tasks (organizing equipment, prepping gear for events)
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at events
Requirements
- Must be reliable and punctual (this is critical)
- Ability to lift 60 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Availability on weekends and evenings
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with events, DJ equipment, lighting, or audio/visual setups
- Basic knowledge of cables, speakers, or lighting systems
- Interest in music, events, or production
