Associate Attorney -Personal Injury
Location: Harrisburg, PA (Onsite)
🔹 Position Overview
- Immediate opening for a Personal Injury Associate Attorney
- Minimum 1 years of civil litigation experience (personal injury preferred)
- Fast-paced, high-exposure role with nationwide client base
- Opportunity to manage cases independently & collaboratively
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Handle personal injury cases from intake to resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Represent clients in hearings, arbitrations, and trials
- Develop case strategies and litigation plans
- Work with medical experts & evaluate damages
- Negotiate settlements and resolutions
- Maintain direct client communication
🔹 Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania (required)
- Additional admission in West Virginia and/or Ohio (preferred)
- Strong skills in litigation, negotiation, and case management
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication & client-handling skills
