What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist at Physical Therapy Clinic position at ACTIVCORE PHYSICAL THERAPY?

What you’ll do:
- Greet and serve clients
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Gather new client intake information
- Schedule appointments
- Handle other administrative tasks
- Help keep the facility clean and organized
- Assist staff with sales and marketing
Shifts available:
- Monday - Friday
- Approx 20-30 hours per week
Compensation:
- $21-23 per hour starting salary
- Benefits only available for full time (30 hours per week)
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience (hotel, restaurant, medical, etc.)
- Ability to multi task
- Computer and writing skills
- Marketing experience is a major plus!
