Why Is This Role So Special?  

The Staff Accountant plays a vital role in our accounting team. You’ll support core accounting functions such as journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly close activities. This role is ideal for an entry-level candidate, and no prior accounting experience is required—we’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, coachable, and motivated to grow with our growing company.  

What You’ll Do: 

• Prepare monthly journal entries for various areas 

• Prepare general ledger account reconciliations and resolve reconciling items 

• Assist with audit preparation and respond to auditor requests 

• Support compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies 

• Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives 

Experience and Qualifications: 

• Minimum associate’s degree in accounting or finance required 

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Cell formatting, etc.) 

• Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy 

Schedule: 

• Full time, 40 hours/week  

• Monday to Friday
