We’re hiring a Marketing Specialist to help drive execution and performance across our highest-impact growth initiatives.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, growth, and operations, supporting efforts across SEO, website optimization, reporting, and sales follow-up. You’ll work to ensure projects move forward, data is actionable, and campaigns are effectively executed.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who is highly organized, analytical, and excited to take ownership of projects that directly impact pipeline and revenue.
Qualifications:What You’ll Do
Own Project Execution Across Key Growth Initiatives
You will play a central role in ensuring our most important marketing projects move forward efficiently and on time.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination across:
- SEO agency initiatives
- Website updates and blog production
- Conversion and performance optimization projects
- Track progress, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure accountability
- Identify blockers early and help drive resolution
- Prioritize work based on business impact (pipeline, ACV, conversion)
Build and Maintain Marketing Reporting
You’ll help ensure we have clear visibility into performance across the funnel.
- Support MQL → Opportunity reporting across:
- Home-Based Care
- Senior Living
- Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards
- Ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and actionable
- Help create a centralized repository of key reports and definitions
- Partner with RevOps to manage MQL flows
- Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests
Support Persona & Customer Insights
You’ll help us better understand our customers and improve how we market to them.
- Assist with customer research initiatives:
- Coordinate and conduct customer interviews
- Support survey execution and analysis
- Organize insights by persona and segment
- Document findings and ensure accessibility across teams
- Help translate insights into improved messaging and campaigns
Improve Sales Follow-Up & Cadences
You’ll support the effectiveness of how we engage and convert leads.
- Help manage and update HubSpot/Outreach cadences
- Support segmentation by MQL type and persona
- Ensure messaging, timing, and assets are properly implemented
- Assist in testing and improving follow-up strategies
Support Data & Campaign Execution
You’ll contribute to targeted initiatives and ongoing experimentation.
- Support data scraping, list building, and enrichment efforts
- Assist with campaign execution and performance tracking
- Help analyze results and identify opportunities for improvement
Marketing Alignment & Project Coordination
- Lead twice-weekly marketing stand-ups to drive clarity on priorities, progress, and blockers
- Oversee project distribution to ensure balanced workloads and on-time execution
- Track freelancer hours and budget to ensure efficient use of resources
- Provide monthly reporting to leadership on freelancer spend and impact
- Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency, workflows, and accountability
Experience and Qualifications:
- 0–3 years of experience in marketing, analytics, operations, or a related field
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data (Excel, dashboards, or similar tools)
- Strong communicator who can follow up and keep projects moving
- Proactive and curious, with a willingness to learn quickly
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or website performance metrics
- Exposure to SEO, content marketing, or campaign execution
