Role Description The Satisfaction Research Center (SRC) Representative is a part-time, on-site role based in Idaho Falls, ID. In this role, the representative will conduct satisfaction surveys with residents, patients, families, and team members, following established scripts and protocols to ensure accurate, confidential data collection. The representative will enter and verify responses in survey systems, monitor data quality, and escalate any issues or concerns according to guidelines. Daily tasks also include managing call schedules, meeting productivity and quality targets, and documenting interactions clearly and consistently. The SRC Representative will collaborate with supervisors and team members to share feedback from the field and support continuous improvement in survey processes and participant experience.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to conduct structured interviews and build rapport over the phone or in person.
- Comfort working with survey or data entry systems, basic computer literacy (e.g., email, spreadsheets), and attention to detail in data accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, maintain confidentiality, and follow standardized protocols and scripts.
- Customer service or call center experience in healthcare, senior living, or related settings is preferred.
- Reliable attendance, time management skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in social sciences, healthcare, or related fields is a plus.
- Comfort engaging with older adults and individuals from diverse backgrounds in a respectful and empathetic manner.
- Willingness to work a flexible part-time schedule based on project and call-volume needs.
- Willingness to travel/commute to Idaho Falls site.
