Why Is This Role So Special?

As Manager of Post-Acute Clinical Education, you’ll work with the VP of Course Development to build and manage our quarterly research and writing roadmap. You'll identify training topics that support regulatory compliance, address industry trends, and drive business growth across the post-acute and LTC markets.

This role will lead a team of nurse educators who create clinical and compliance content that equips care teams with the knowledge they need to perform with confidence. This work will directly impact how our customers train their teams, improve care delivery, and meet state and federal requirements. The Manager of Post-Acute Clinical Education is essential to both product success and operational efficiency. You’ll influence internal processes, help streamline content development, and ensure our training supports measurable outcomes - like reduced turnover, improved care quality, and better audit readiness.

We’re looking for someone with strong healthcare experience, specifically in long-term or home-based care, who understands compliance and training from the front lines. The perfect candidate is a post-acute/LTC expert who speaks the language of clinicians, CNAs, HHAs, and professional caregivers. Bonus points if you’re interested in how AI and technology can help scale and optimize our approach.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of nurse educators to build training content that drives real-world impact—supporting care quality, compliance, and customer retention.
  • Develop and own a quarterly content roadmap that balances post-acute/LTC regulatory requirements with strategic business goals, customer demand, and revenue-driving opportunities.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact content gaps across roles, states, and care settings—focusing on what will most influence buying decisions, renewals, and expansion.
  • Act as the internal post-acute/LTC clinical and regulatory expert, equipping sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams with insights and narratives that close deals and demonstrate value.
  • Evaluate content development costs and resource allocation through a business lens—ensuring every investment connects to customer outcomes and growth potential.
  • Have knowledge of best practices for ANCC Provider Accreditation and support the ANCC Provider Director and Nurse Planners as needed.
  • Stay ahead of post-acute/LTC industry trends, legislation, and compliance shifts to keep our training product positioned as a must-have solution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure our content is delivered in a way that supports operational efficiency, partner integrations, and learner satisfaction.
  • Lead the adoption of AI-powered tools and scalable workflows to increase team output without compromising quality or safety—amplifying speed to market and supporting revenue goals.

Qualifications


Experience and Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in post-acute/LTC healthcare education, content strategy, or compliance training—preferably in post-acute or long-term care.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams of clinicians, writers, or educators.
  • Deep understanding of the roles, workflows, and regulatory requirements that impact care professionals like RNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers, specifically in home-based care and senior living.
  • Proven track record of building and executing content strategies that support business growth, drive customer retention, and align with revenue goals.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across sales, marketing, implementation, product, and customer success teams.
  • Operationally minded, with experience managing content development pipelines, resource planning, and output tracking.
  • Familiarity with project management and LMS tools (we use ClickUp, Microsoft Office suite, and others) to drive efficient execution.
  • Comfortable leveraging data, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform content priorities and demonstrate ROI.
  • Curious and adaptable, with a willingness to explore AI tools and workflow automation to increase speed, scalability, and quality.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience supporting revenue growth through education strategy, such as launching training that contributed to upsells, renewals, or new customer acquisition.
  • Knowledge of post-acute/LTC healthcare purchasing behavior, including how administrators, compliance officers, or clinical leaders evaluate training solutions.
  • Experience working in or with value-based care models, where outcomes and training are tied to reimbursement or quality metrics.
  • Involvement in designing learning experiences for multilingual or low-literacy audiences, especially in caregiving or clinical environments.
  • Familiarity with caregiver workforce challenges (e.g., staffing shortages, burnout, turnover) and how training can help address them.
  • Background in developing training that integrates storytelling, real-world scenarios, or behavior-based learning techniques.
  • Understanding of how to use learning analytics or survey data to improve content effectiveness and show ROI.
  • Experience overseeing content for partnerships or licensing agreements, especially white-labeled or co-branded training libraries.
  • Thought leadership or speaking experience at conferences or industry events related to post-acute care, healthcare education, or training innovation.

Education

  • Master’s degree required in a relevant field such as Public Health, Education, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline.
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, education, or a related field is also required.

Location

  • On-site at our Rexburg/Idaho Falls, ID or Tampa, FL office

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Multiple video meetings each day where web camera use is required.

Schedule

  • Full time, 40 hours each week
  • Monday through Friday, core business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM locally with occasional flexibility for collaboration across time zones or to meet critical deadlines.
