We are currently hiring Experienced CNC Press Brake Operators for 1st shift
We are flexible and willing to work with your schedule FT or PT!
Our typical 1st Shift runs Monday- Thursday, 5:00am - 3:30pm or 6:00am – 4:30pm
Pay: up to $26.00/hr. DOE. Paid weekly!
Weekly opportunities available to pick up additional overtime hours!

POSITION PURPOSE:
The position is responsible for operating a CNC Amada RG Press Brake that bends, punches, forms, rolls, arcs, or straightens metal sheets, plates, and bars according to job specifications. The Press Brake Operator accurately and efficiently completes orders to establish procedures and quality standards.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Operate machines to ensure the highest quality of production is achieved.
· Perform fabricating operations of sheet metal products according to specifications.
· Position work manually and align layout marks to dies, including changing dies as required per order specifications.
· Make adjustments/align per order specifications on machines.
· Inspect work for conformance to job specifications, using rule, square, or templates.
· Review daily manufacturing functions and job orders to ensure awareness of requirements.
· Obtain necessary materials and tools required to achieve expected run rates.
· Ensure the safe operation of equipment.
· Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
· Report immediately to supervisor/lead/manager any and all problems, which may affect safety, equipment, tooling, and/or quality.
· Maintain full working knowledge of all processes.
· Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
· Conduct himself/herself in a professional manner in accordance with company guidelines.
· Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
· Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

· Ability to execute in a rapidly changing fast paced environment that requires strong team work.
· Understanding of all tools, gages, equipment, and other various instruments used to perform position.
· Basic ability to understand blue prints, schematics, and instrumentation diagrams.
· Skill in performing accurate arithmetic functions involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; using decimals, percentages, fractions, and ratios.
· Basic mechanical principles of machine setups, operations, and materials.
· General knowledge of sheet metal fabricating and assembly practices.
· Some knowledge with programming is necessary for operation and calibration.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Required: *
· Two plus years of experience in a relevant manufacturing setting.
· Equivalent of high school diploma or G.E.D. certification.
· Must be able to setup and run an Amada RG Press Brake
· Responsible for machine/program setup
· Must have the ability to troubleshoot problems and challenges
· Must be able to follow job specifications and interpret direction details
· Responsible for initial QC of finished part to ensure quality
· Maintain a Safe working environment
Preferred:
· Selecting and loading appropriate tooling as required by the job.
· Ability to read and interpret documents such as work orders, blueprints, and manuals
· Work with light tolerances
· Use a CNC Press Brake (Amada preferred) controller to input information into machine
· Complete all Production Paperwork
· Perform quality inspections of parts to produce products that meet or exceed customer’s expectations
· Calipers: 5 years (preferred)
· Basic Math and Computer Skills
· Ability to prioritize work tasks, multi-task, and maintain focus
· Understanding of Production procedures
