AMERICLAD®, a rapidly growing manufacturer of architectural metal products based in Rogers, MN is looking to add an experienced press brake operator to its team.
This full-time position includes the following essential duties:
- Operating and setting up Press Brake machines
- Ensuring compliance with company safety and quality standards
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience working with flat layout, bend allowances, and overall press brake programming and setup
- Previous sheet metal industry experience
- Ability to accurately work with calipers, squares, protractors, and other measuring tools
- Must be fluent in blueprint reading and interpretation
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 pounds
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must be a team player
- Able to work overtime when necessary
- Willing to change tasks within the shop as workload necessitates
- Pass pre-hiring background check and post-offer, pre-hire drug test
