An international automotive parts manufacturing company is currently looking for a Entry Level Bilingual Japanese / English Administrative Assistant to join their office in the Novi, MI area. The ideal candidate will have HR experience and support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.
Entry Level Bilingual Japanese / English Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Communication with other departments and colleagues
- Adherence to company compliance policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Assist with recruitment process by selecting, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Coordinate orientations for newly hired employees
- Maintain and update employee records in company databases
- Assist with budgets and payroll
- Create reports on HR activity
- Perform other duties
Entry Level Bilingual Japanese / English Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, a related field, and / or equivalent experience
- Ability to speak, read, and write in Japanese at business level.(JLPT N2 or higher)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with other departments and colleagues
- Fluent communication in verbal and written English
- Must be flexible and be able to work under a multicultural environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and adapt well to pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related programs
- Positive with a strong attention to detail
- Japanese language ability and / or experience working for a Japanese company a plus for candidates, but not required
