Bilingual English/Japanese Senior Sales Manager (Food) (CA/YM)

A food manufacturing company is seeking a Bilingual English/Japanese Senior Sales Manager to join their team in Garden Grove, CA. This position is responsible for leading and managing the Mainstream West sales team across grocery retail and distributor accounts across the Western U.S. A bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of sales experience, 2 years of leadership experience, and the ability to travel is required. Ability to speak Japanese is a plus, but not mandatory. This is a full-time, exempt, hybrid, position with excellent benefits and 401k. (Schedule: 1 day in person, 4 days WFH after 3 months)

Bilingual English/Japanese Senior Sales Manager Duties:
-Implement and monitor sales activities to achieve company objectives
-Work with sales team and oversee team performance
-Review, create and present sales results and market insights to upper management
-Manage Western U.S. broker network
-Monitors the team’s Accounts Receivable
-Collaborate with other departments to promote teamwork and alignment with company goals and strategies-Train new employees and sales representatives

Bilingual English/Japanese Senior Sales Manager Skills:
-Must have a bachelor's degree
-Must have at least 5 years of sales experience
-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
-Experience working with food distributors
-Must be proficient in MS Office
-Must be able to travel
-Able to stand for extended periods
