An international IT business solutions company in the Rolling Meadows, IL area is now looking for a motivated ERP Systems Consultant. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in business systems analysis, systems implementation and support, and specific familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics applications.
* This is a full-time, direct hire position. Being onsite at the office is required 2 days per week. *
ERP Systems Consultant Responsibilities Include:
- Analyze, implement, and support business software solutions / applications for new and existing clients
- Identify business systems solutions based on client interviews
- Research and collect information for the creation of custom applications to use alongside existing software
- Forge and maintain relationships with existing and potential new clients
- Follow company implementation methodology
- Product proposal presentation to management and clients
- Drive additional systems consulting services to clients and provide consulting charge estimates
- Other duties as assigned
ERP Systems Consultant Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
- Good familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and / or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems; specific familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics applications such as NAV, Great Plains, Business Central, etc. is strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills and customer service / client relations ability
- Flexibility and willingness to collaborate in a multicultural environment
- Organizational and time management skills
- While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
