A software design and development company in the Bellevue, WA area is looking for a Web Developer who is familiar with C#, C , Java, Perl, Python, etc. Our client consults and creates websites for businesses in North America.
This position is a part of the Systems Team (R&D department) of the company. This role focuses on the design, development, testing, and maintenance of operating systems, system software, and related applications.
This is a Direct Hired/ Full time position. You will work 8 hours for a day on weekdays. Most of people work at 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, but can be flexible. (You will required to work 8 hours for a day).
The pay is based on your experience, and we will be happy to discuss about it during phone screening.
You will need to complete the probation period of 90 days to receive medical/dental/vision insurance. PTO and sick days leaves are available as well.
Key Responsibilities for Web Developer:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain operating systems, software, and system-level applications.
- Write, review, and optimize code for efficiency, stability, and scalability.
- Conduct systems analysis to identify and resolve software or hardware issues.
- Collaborate with operators and analysts to define system requirements and troubleshoot problems.
- Create and update documentation for system design, code, and revisions.
- Develop detailed workflow diagrams and specifications for system processes.
- Apply industry best practices, software design patterns, and secure coding techniques.
- Continuously enhance system performance and ensure compatibility with evolving technology standards.
Qualifications for Web Developer:
- Strong programming skills in C#, C , Java, Perl, Python, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of software design patterns and system optimization techniques.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative team player with a commitment to continuous improvement.
