The Exchange Administrator manages Treasury’s Microsoft Exchange and messaging systems. Provides support for email, calendaring, and collaboration services, ensuring secure and reliable communications across the enterprise.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft Exchange environments.
- Monitor mail flow, queues, and system performance.
- Implement patches, updates, and configuration changes.
- Troubleshoot user email and calendaring issues.
- Manage distribution groups and mail-enabled objects.
- Maintain email retention and archiving systems.
- Active Secret clearance (T-3).
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- 5 years of Exchange Server administration.
- Knowledge of Active Directory integration.
- Experience with Outlook client support.
- Microsoft Exchange certification (MCSE Messaging).
- Experience with Office 365 hybrid deployments.
- Knowledge of email security and spam filtering tools.
