This is for a person looking to supplement their income with a part time opportunity, and excited to help contractors & trades businesses scale.

We work with ambitious contractors and trades businesses $1M–$20M revenue who are committed to scale, develop their teams, increase profitability, and make a real difference in their community. Our primary services are Private Coaching & 12 Week MasterClasses. This role is specifically focused on business development through educational workshops for contractors and trades business owners and leaders.

We are looking for an individual who:

• Has a strong network of contractors & trades business owners with 10 employees
• Is organized and overly communicates so everyone is clear on progress
• Is comfortable calling to keep in contact with businesses in our focus list
• Is interested in part time work that can develop over time into more
• Think like an entrepreneur, not an employee

What You’ll Do:

• Call, mail, and network to keep in contact with prospective clients on our focus list
• Meet weekly to develop your own effective process and approach
• Communicate with prospective clients to register their workshop attendance
• Work alongside a proven coaching system and brand

Who This Is Perfect For:

• Spouse or family member of a contractor or trades business owner
• Former outside sales rep who served contractors/trades businesses
• Member or team member with a home builders association or trade association

Compensation & Support:

• We will start with 8-10 hours weekly and it can grow from there
