Sales Account Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Houston, TX. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
• Monitor sales performance and provide feedback and coaching to team members
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on sales goals
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
