Pay: $20/hour during training
Earning Potential: $50,000–$70,000 annually (performance pay after training)

We’re looking for a Garage Door Install Technician Apprentice to join our Meridian-based team. This is a hands-on opportunity with strong earning potential, plenty of variety, and a supportive crew behind you every step of the way.

🔨 What You'll Do:

• Install and service residential and commercial garage doors and openers
• Troubleshoot issues, solve problems on the spot, and ensure seamless job completion
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in customer homes and job sites
• Accurately document work with notes, photos, and digital work orders
• Identify opportunities to recommend upgrades or additional services
• Contribute to a professional, respectful, and team-first environment

✅ What You Bring:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
• Ability to lift 75 lbs, use hand tools, and safely work on ladders
• Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence with problem-solving
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
