Warehouse Operator, 2nd and 3rd shift

Perform basic molding and post-molding operations, along with in-depth production inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow operator instructions for daily work activities.
• Inspect molded and post-molded products visually.
• Handle and package products correctly.
• Identify and separate defective products per company procedures.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace and production floor.
• Complete housekeeping tasks at the end of each shift.
• Use IQMS software and understand Real-Time screens.
• Meet quoted cycle times when applicable.
• Carry out tasks assigned by supervisors or quality leaders.
• Read and understand the job description.

Qualifications:

• Successfully complete internal training programs.
• Lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly.
• Basic math, reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
• Flexible with working hours.
• Proficient in operating production equipment (e.g., trimming, packaging, PMO equipment).
• Able to stand for 7.5 hours, reach overhead, and bend below waist level as needed.
• Observant and detail-oriented with the ability to maintain visual quality standards.
• Basic computer skills.
