Direct and monitor the performance of production staff during assigned shifts

Provide timely feedback, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed

Scheduling & Workforce Management

Schedule employee shifts to meet production demands

Assign daily duties and monitor workloads

Manage employee time-off requests, tardiness, and attendance tracking

Continually coach and develop staff to improve skills and job knowledge

Qualifications & Requirements
