The Print & Apply / Module Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, labeling, and preparing cosmetic products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role combines order picking with automated labeling systems to ensure all products are processed efficiently and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack cosmetic products using a module or zone picking system based on customer orders
- Operate print-and-apply labeling equipment to generate and apply accurate shipping and product labels
- Verify product codes, quantities, and packaging to ensure order accuracy
- Maintain a steady workflow to meet daily production and shipping goals
- Use handheld scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and order progress
- Inspect products for damage or defects and report any discrepancies
- Follow all safety, quality, and cleanliness standards, especially when handling cosmetic goods
- Assist with restocking, inventory counts, and general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, picking, or labeling experience preferred
- Familiarity with RF scanners and automated labeling systems is a plus
- Ability to operate manual or electric pallet jacks (if required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40–50 lbs throughout the shift
- Dependable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
