Job Summary:
4 DAY WORK WEEK - Monday through Thursday - 10 hour days
Job Summary:
Supervision and training of facility maintenance personnel. Assigns jobs (to crew) to maintain needs of plant.
Provides expertise performs work in Air system (HVAC), plumbing, electricity, humidification systems and service, buildings and landscaping of grounds.
Responsible to enter direct, indirect, leave or idle time for each designated employee into the TIME & LABOR TRACKING SYSTEM.
Responsible for overseeing and ensuring that the facilities remain in good repair and the building/mechanicals degrade over time.
Job Requirements:
· Must be able to understand and perform job functions as stated in the job description.
· Must possess a valid driver's license.
· Pass background clearance process.
· Pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent desired, but not required.
Training and Experience:
At least five year's prior training or experience in similar position/environment.
Job Type: Full-time
