Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our distribution center. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of warehouse management processes. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining safety standards, and driving continuous process improvements.

Duties

• Oversee the activities of warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Oversee shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Facilitate training and development for team members to enhance performance.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment that promotes productivity.
• Utilize warehouse management systems, to ensure quality and timely shipments

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role within a distribution center.
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse workforce.
• Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and logistics processes is essential.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Experience in process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
• Ability to work collaboratively across department to achieve organizational goals.
• Strong organization skills
