Warehouse Loader/Unloader

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Loader/Unloader to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading materials, ensuring that products are handled safely and accurately. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the flow of goods within our distribution center and requires a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Duties

• Load and unload materials from trucks and containers using appropriate equipment.
• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment safely to move products within the warehouse.
• Perform order picking tasks, ensuring accuracy in fulfilling customer orders.
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and manage stock levels effectively.
• Follow OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and address any operational issues.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass background check and drugscreen
• Ability to work a 12 hour shift
• Ability to work in a team orientated Environment
• Ability to keep a clean workspace
• Adhere to all plant safety policies
• Forklift experience preferred not required
• Adhere to attendance policies
• Reliable transportation

PAY RATE

Hourly pay rates from $16-$18.50

Production based pay averaging $16.00 -$25.00

Training pay $16.00
