We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales/Operations Branch Manager to lead our day labor operations and drive business growth in the temporary staffing industry,. This is a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
- Oversee daily branch operations including worker dispatch, client coordination, and service delivery
- Manage worker recruitment, screening, and retention programs
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of worker hours, client billing, and branch performance metrics
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients, contractors, and businesses
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and referral programs
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts for temporary labor services
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff and day laborers
- Conduct safety meetings and ensure proper training protocols
- Handle worker scheduling and job assignments
- Resolve conflicts and maintain positive working relationships
Financial Management
- Monitor branch P&L performance and implement cost-control measures
- Manage payroll processing and worker compensation
- Track key performance indicators and report to regional management
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 years management experience, preferably in staffing, construction, or service industries
- Strong sales track record with proven ability to build client relationships
- Experience managing diverse teams and working with blue-collar workforce
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and record-keeping systems

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $55,000 annually based on experience
- Commission Structure: Uncapped earning potential based on branch performance
- Total Compensation Range: $70,000 - $150,000 with strong performance
