Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time (40 hrs/week)

Typical Hours: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

The Opportunity

Are you safety-minded, organized, and someone who takes genuine pride in a job done right? We’re looking for a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to step into a key role within our warehouse team.

In this position, you won't just be moving boxes—you’ll be the critical link ensuring our customers receive exact, damage-free orders. If you enjoy a hands-on, active environment where accuracy is valued and no two days are quite the same, Action Industries is the place for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, package, and document customer orders using pick lists and shipping manifests.
• Freight & Loading: Safely operate forklifts to stage, build custom pallets, and load outbound trucks with properly secured shipments.
• Receiving & Traffic Control: Coordinate dock activity, unload incoming shipments, verify counts against paperwork, and process materials smoothly into inventory.
• Quality & Inventory Control: Perform accurate quality checks, document finished goods from hold areas, and maintain precise stock counts throughout storage locations.
• Warehouse Safety & Maintenance: Follow strict warehouse safety protocols, ensure secure trailer loading practices, and keep the warehouse clean, safe, and efficient.
• Team Collaboration: Pitch in on special projects and team tasks as assigned to keep operations running at peak performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Prior experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Equipment Knowledge: Forklift experience is a plus (or the ability and willingness to become certified on-site).
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy when reading part numbers, labels, inventory counts, and shipping paperwork.
• Safety First: A strong commitment to safe work practices and following written instructions.
• Reliability: High dependability, a strong work ethic, and a team-player attitude.
