As our Wholesale Manager, your mission is to expand the reach of Action Holdings’ portfolio across retail channels by building partnerships with independent stores, specialty shops, and regional chains while protecting our brand integrity and profitability. You’ll create, manage, and scale the systems that turn our eCommerce success into retail growth.

Minimum success will be achieving 30 New Retail Doors per quarter, an average of $250,000 per quarter in year 1 and a 15% minimum channel margin. Our goal is to reach 250 new accounts in year 1, $2M in channel sales in year 1, and 18% channel net margin.
Day to Day
You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to:
- Open New Accounts: Identify and close partnerships with independent retailers, boutiques, and specialty stores that align with brand positioning.
- Retail Growth Strategy: Develop scalable programs, pricing, and go-to-market plans by brand.
- Manage Faire Channel: Take control of our Faire store channel for each brand and run the digital management of the store.
- Own The Department: Take lead on the wholesale system, our processes, and team member expectations. We have a dedicated team to support daily activities like order processing, communication, etc. and we will have this team follow your vision for the channel.
- Manage Reps & Brokers: Build and manage third-party rep networks to expand geographic reach.
- Trade Shows: Coordinate and attend relevant trade shows (SuperZoo, ICAST, Outdoor Retailer, BBQ Expo, SHOT Show, etc.).
- Wholesale Operations: Work with the supply chain team on order fulfillment, MOQs, terms, and inventory flow.
- Retail Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team on point-of-sale materials, displays, and co-op promotions.
- Pricing & Margin Management: Develop and maintain pricing structures that protect profitability across all channels.
- Account Support: Ensure partners receive timely information, catalogs, order forms, and marketing materials.
- Reporting: Deliver weekly updates and monthly performance reports on retail revenue, net new stores, and margin performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
- 5 years working directly in a sales role for company with under 20 employees
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Love managing multiple initiatives and brands
- Be able to multi-task
- Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups)
- Be incredibly organized & pay attention to detail
- Be analytical and accountable
- Have a passion for learning
- Enjoy operating in a fast paced environment
Salary Range
- The candidate should expect a salary range commensurate with background and experience
- Bonus compensation will be made available based upon achievement of milestones.
- As a sales role, compensation is offered as a hybrid structure largely tied to performance. Give us your proposal for your ideal compensation package structure.
- After 36 months, we will review possibilities for Phantom Equity Plan.
