- High School Diploma or GED required; trade school or technical certification preferred
- 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, including electrical troubleshooting
- Prior leadership or lead experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Working knowledge of PLCs and electrical systems
- Electrical certification or license a plus
- Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Proficient with maintenance software and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (75 lbs with assistance)
- Safety-toe shoes required
- Ability to work in a production environment with noise, dust, and temperature variations
- Pass drug screen and background check
- Lead and prioritize daily maintenance activities to support production schedules
- Assign tasks and provide guidance to maintenance technicians
- Perform and oversee preventive maintenance (PMs) on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair complex equipment breakdowns, including PLC-controlled systems
- Maintain production equipment such as flexographic presses, rewind machines, motors, compressors, pneumatic systems, gearboxes, belts, and bearings
- Ensure accurate documentation of maintenance work and downtime analysis
- Support equipment upgrades, facility projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor and manage spare parts inventory
- Enforce OSHA, safety, Lockout/Tagout, and EHS compliance standards
- Serve as primary maintenance contact during assigned shift
