Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Accountant to support financial operations within a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment. This role will play a key part in financial reporting, cost accounting, and operational analysis across large-scale fabrication projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage cost accounting for fabrication projects, including job costing and variance analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Assist with audit preparation and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Track project profitability across engineering, fabrication, and installation phases
- Partner with operations, project managers, and leadership to provide financial insights
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain internal controls and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of accounting experience (manufacturing or construction preferred)
- Strong experience with cost accounting / job costing
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a production-driven environment
Preferred:
- CPA or CMA certification
- Experience in industrial manufacturing, fabrication, or energy sectors
- Familiarity with large-scale project accounting
