About the Role
As a Project Manager your goal is to understand homeowner's values and deliver solutions to provide real impact. You'll drive new business, build resilient referral networks, represent Action Exteriors in the community, and ensure every job is completed to the highest standards.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct exterior inspections and educate homeowners on roofing, siding, gutters, and windows
- Generate, manage, and close leads through referrals, networking, and company-provided opportunities
- Manage projects through completion using our CRM
- Represent the brand with professionalism and accountability
What You Bring
- Professional, confident, and customer-focused demeanor
- Able to climb ladders and follow safety standards
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license, clean record, and ability to pass background/drug screening
- Roofing/siding/windows experience a plus, but not required
